Getting to Know You

Once payment is received, we'll send a questionnaire to get to know you, your style and the space better. Once you complete the questionnaire, send your room measurements and room pictures, the fun part begins! We'll start with some initial ideas/inspiration pictures to further define the design direction.

Concept Board and Product Review

We'll schedule a video call to review your concept and products together. From there, we'll ask for feedback, opinions and additional questions to ensure that we're on the same page for your design vision.

2D+ Rendering

We'll then create a 2D+ rendering for the final design of your room. This will provide a great visual of how the design will look.

Final Tweaks

You'll review the final design and if needed, we can make final edits up to 3 new products per room. Once the design is finalized, we'll send the floor plan, set up instructions and a shopping list. 

Once payment is received, we'll send a questionnaire to get to know you, your style and the space better. Concept Board and Product Review

We'll schedule a video call to review your concept and products together. From there, we'll ask for feedback, opinions and additional questions to ensure that we're on the same page for your design vision.

Once the products have arrived at our warehouse, we will coordinate a delivery date for all your large items. Small items will be shipped directly to your home. 
Note: Our team often visits for the delivery but does now install the furniture. However, installation can be added for a separate fee. See more about installation here.We'll work on any re-selections needed and present the final design and full furniture proposal.

Once the products are reviewed and the proposal is approved and paid, we'll get started on your product procurement. Once orders are done, you will get a weekly Product Tracker that includes every product in your design as well as a status for ship and delivery dates.

Post Design SupportPackage includes 2 weeks to replace out of stock products and 30 day support for questions.
