DESIGN SERVICE FEE: Full Service Design includes design services, project management, procurement services and installation services. The purchase price does not include the price of any physical products being sourced. Your designer will issue an invoice for the products once your design is finalized and place orders for you. There is a product minimum spend to meet per project of $10K.
COMMUNICATION + SCHEDULE: Clients will receive weekly emails from the Design Team on project updates. The Full Service process can take 3-6 months per room from start to completion and if working on several projects, can take over a year. Timely feedback will allow the schedule to progress as planned.
REVISIONS + REDESIGN: With Full Service design, you have unlimited opportunities to revise your design as needed, we will work with you on an hourly basis until you're happy. However, normally we only need one or two minor revisions for each room design. If a more comprehensive redesign is needed, we will start from scratch and create a new design for the space on an hourly basis.
Full Service projects require several on-site meetings or phone calls. While we aim to be flexible and work with your schedule, the project should move forward on a timely basis to avoid significant delays, even with busy work, travel or holidays. If you will be unavailable for a period of time, please let us know in writing so we can plan accordingly.
OUT OF STOCK RESELECTION FEE
After final deliverables, we’ll replace out of stock products as part of your design fee, which could require additional hours booked. We recommend moving forward with payment for orders immediately after the design presentation to avoid reselection fees.
REFUND POLICY: Design services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please notify Cristina Isabel Design within 24 hours of submitting your proposal if you would like to request a refund. Each refund request will be considered on a case by case basis and is not guaranteed.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I INQUIRE ABOUT SERVICES?
If you’re planning to work with a contractor or builder, the sooner the better. We can provide a lot of guidance and tweaking of floor plans, electrical plans, elevations, etc so you have the best result once construction kicks off. We also recommend hard finishes (tile, floor selection, paint, etc) which can make decision-making easier prior to renovation.
For furniture and accessories, it would ideally be 1-2 months prior to your project start date but it’s never too early to get on the calendar. The Full Service process takes between 3-6 month per room from start to finish, so you can work backwards to plan accordingly. It’s definitely recommended that you take time to think about your ideal budget and wish list items as well.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
For all Full Service projects, we start with a thorough Discovery Call followed by an on site consultation. These two meetings are very important and valuable in getting to know each other and for our team to learn more about your project in detail.
HOW ARE YOUR DESIGN FEES CALCULATED?
All Full Service Design services utilize a minimum design fee model that is the minimum number of hours estimated for your project. We also include an estimated maximum hours for the project, however, additional hourly blocks could be added for increased scope of work. This information is gathered at the consultation when we discuss scope of work but is based on historical data of similar projects and sizes.
